Florida Part 2

The next day we went to Magic Kindgom again. Jed and my Dad went and played golf on Magnolia Golf Course (its a PGA course so really really nice) so my mom, Lauren and I went to Magic Kindgom to meet everyone else.
Who wouldn't want to play golf at a beautiful course that has sand traps shaped like Mickey!
 On the Bus
We are here! It was so busy, it was hard to get pictures in the prime picture spots
 "Let the Memories Begin!!"
During Lunch, I was alone because Jed hadn't shown up yet so Aunt Weesy and Uncle Spenc took care of Zoey while I stood in line for my lunch. This is what happens when you leave Zoey with them. She goes to town on Chocolate cake- she loved it!
Waiting for everyone on Splash Mountain - My FAVORITE ride ever :)
Playing at a little playground next to Splash Mountain
Walking out of Magic Kingdom to go to Dinner

That night we went to Yachtsmen Steakhouse for dinner. It was a super fancy restaurant and not really kid friendly- even though it was Disneyworld. Zoey did awesome for the first hour, but the second hour she was really restless (yes, dinner took 2 HOURS!)
 Spencer and Elisse
 Mom and Dad
Me and Lauren- she felt left out that she didn't have a significant other with her so I was her date most of the time :)
What a cute baby I have! Notice the WHITE table cloth.. after Zoey eating, it was no longer white when we left
 The Fam
She loved the cheese sauce for her noodles- she dipped everything in it
As I always Say- GO BIG OR GO HOME! So I ordered the 28 oz. Porterhouse. Notice how it takes up the WHOLE plate and I had already had a couple bites...  It was SOO good...
... And YES, I ate the WHOLE thing. This is my " I just ate 28oz of meat and I am gross" face.
It was my parents 30th Anniversary in December last year so we decided to do something special at the restaurant - they brought them a special " Happy Anniversary" dessert
After Dinner, we went back to Magic Kingdom to meet Sara and Travis and went on Whinny the Pooh- such a fun kids ride and Zoey loved it! The whole line is interactive so Zoey had fun playing with all games while we waited. There was a wall of honey that you could touch (it was a screen) and the faces of the characters would appear.
On our walk out, we saw the parade- Zoey loved it! And got to see tinkerbell!
Another successful day at Disney!

Florida Part 1

The time had Finally arrived! We were finally on our way to our much anticipated trip to DISNEYWORLD! I had been planning this trip for over a year and we were so excited to get going!
Zoey was an angel on the flight. She was asleep for about an hour then woke up and sat on our laps until the last 45 minutes. She got a little restless and wanted down but she wasn't loud and she didn't cry or whine once!
Once we landed in Orlando, she wanted to be a helper and push mommy's carry on. Jed and I were there by ourselves for the first night (Sara and Travis came in REALLY late) and then Saturday we went to the parks on our own as well. It was SO much fun to play as our little family:
Token picture in front of the Castle in Magic Kingdom. I LOVE anything Disney, but there is something special about walking down mainstreet and seeing the castle come into view. We decided our first stop would be Pirates of the Caribbean:
 My Little Pirate!
(Out of Order) Waiting in line for the bus to take us to Magic Kingdom
Pirates was a success! Zoey was a little cautious at first, but once she saw the puppy, she was a happy camper! She went around the rest of the trip dancing and singing " Ho, Pi! Ho, Pi!" (We would sing Yo Ho Yo Ho a Pirates Life for me)
It's a Small World- Classic and a Must DO! Zoey loved it of course :)
Tea Cups! Mommy can't do tea cups- they make her sick so Daddy took the Bug. She loved it except when the ride stopped at the end. It makes a really loud mechanical noise- she was not a fan!
On the boat to go to Dinner at Fort Wilderness Lodge. This hotel was so cool! They had a Yellowstone theme and even an "old faithful" geyser knock off that would erupt every 30 minutes.

We ate at Whispering Canyon Cafe- such a blast and very noisy. If you asked for Ketchup, they made you yell to the whole restaurant and kids would come running with 30+ bottles of ketchup. A guy next to us asked for a large coke and they brought him a bucket of soda. It was a good time :)

 Baby Minnie Mouse
Zoey's FAVORITE ride the whole trip was the  racecar speedway. The three of us got in a car and she "drove" us around the track. Those cars are hard for even me to drive, so you can imagine with Zoey driving we took a while to get around the track. She was laughing and smiling the whole time - so worth the price of the trip!
(out of order) the first night we were there, we went to Wolfgang Puck express. We had a free dining plan with our vacation so we took full advantage. Wolfgang puck food is AMAZING!
DAY 3- Everyone is here (except my parents who got in about noon). Taking the bus to EPCOT where we planned on spending a lazy sunday!
 Spencer, Brad and Gavin
Sara, Elisse and "KEY!" (Kynlee- Zoey only gets Key out when she says her name)
Jed, Me, Lauren and Zoey. As you can tell, it was BLISTERING hot in Florida. I have never been anywhere in my life that was as hot and humid as this trip. You would walk outside and within 5 minutes you look like you got out of a hot sauna. Zoey was especially sensitive to the heat. She would get bright red, sweaty and her hair would go really curly
Most of the family at Epcot- the Bonan clan has ARRIVED!
Finding Nemo ride- Zoey's other favorite. She LOVES "elmo" (for some reason she calls nemo elmo- no idea why). After the ride they have an aquarium for the kids to explore...
... and explore they did! They loved looking at the dolphins and the manatees in this specific tank
Classic Disney hat picture with the girls! Always have to get one of these in Epcot
Does this hat make my head look small? :)
 Getting our Sombrero on!
The Lions in China. Zoey was rarring when I took this picture
Mom and Dad are finally here! The real fun can now begin!
 Hot sweaty Zoey!
Travis, Kynlee, Zoey and Jed. The Dad's were such good sports to chase the girls a lot for us
We HAD to recreate this photo op from the last time we were in Disneyworld. We have 2 1/2 new members of the family in this picture. It is fun to look back and see how much we have all changed since Disneyworld 2010

Italy- It is so fun walking around the countries and feeling like you are on a world tour

Zoey was so hot and tired and would not take a nap in her stroller so Jed and I went inside a restaurant and let Zoey sleep on an air conditioned bench for almost 2 hours. As you can see from her hair-- it WAS HOT!
Dinner that night was at Coral Reef Cafe. We sat next to a Giant Aquarium and watched Fish, Sharks and Sea Turtles swim by. It was very cool and Delish food- we ate SO much on this trip. We LOVE food!!

We decided to run over to Hollywood Studios and ride Rockin' RollerCoaster and Tower of Terror during the Magic Hours that night. It was a blast and brought back highschool memories
 Aerosmith Rollercoast- SO MUCH FUN!!!
More fun yet to come.....
